Cattery WCF “Fire Stone” publishes this public Agreement (Contract/Offer) on the provision of services.

The sale of a kitten/cat is not made in the countries of the former USSR.

This Agreement is a public Contract, and if the conditions set out below are accepted, any natural or legal person undertakes to comply with the terms of this Agreement/Contract.

The purpose of this Agreement/Contract is to protect all parties: the Seller, the Buyer and the kitten/cat. If there are any problems, questions, concerns, or issues that you need help with, catteryfirestone@gmail.com is always here. We want the adoptive parent(s) and/or family to be completely happy with the new kitten/cat and his or her transition to the new home. Transitioning is easy for some kitten/cat but more difficult for others, and kitten/cat handle stress in various ways.

Terms of Agreement/Contract

1. Deposit

A kitten/cat is considered reserved only after makinga a deposit — 50%. The deposit is not refunded under any circumstances, it is considered compensation for the maintenance of a kitten/cat and missed opportunities to sell it.

2. Payment

The Buyer is obliged to make a deposit or full payment provided for in this Agreement/Contract via Western Union, MoneyGram, Swift, transfer to a card (Visa, MasterCard), Zelle, SendNomad, PaySend, Golden Crown, Contact, PayPal and ets. The Seller informs the Buyer about the preferred or available method of receiving funds before deposit/buying. The Buyer must pay an additional approximately 10-20% of the amount of the money transfer. This serves to cover the commission that the transfer systems charge the Seller for the transfer of funds, and also serves to cover the difference in currency exchange, which is usually less than the official exchange rate of the National Bank or another bank in which the Seller has an account. The amount of the commission may vary depending on the situation in the global financial market. If the requirement of the transfer system is a mandatory comment about the purpose of the transfer, payment must be made with the notification of friends or relatives. All payments related to the transfer of money, the Buyer pays additionally. By making a deposit or full payment, the Buyer indicates that he understands and agrees to comply with the conditions set forth in this Agreement/Contract. Payment must be made in dollars or rubles at the Seller’s choice. Due to the unstable global situation in financial markets, the dollar to ruble exchange rate may change at any time by decision of the Central Bank or any other Bank in which the Seller has an account. If the dollar/ruble exchange rate changes (falls), the Buyer is obliged to make a transfer in dollar equivalent for the amount in rubles at the time of signing the Agreement/Contract. If the dollar-ruble exchange rate does not change, or increases, the Buyer must make a transfer in dollars, indicated on the first page of this Agreement/Contract.

3. Health and related information

After the purchase, the Seller guarantees that when the kitten/cat is transferred to the Buyer, a passport confirming vaccination, deworming and treatment against parasites will be handed over.

3.1. The Seller guarantees that the kitten/cat will be healthy during the purchase for a certain period of 72 hours (the countdown begins from the moment the kitten/cat is handed over to the Courier, personally to the Buyer if he/she arrived for the kitten/cat on his/her own or his representative). The Buyer must examine the kitten/cat at the veterinarian during these 72 hours. During this 72-hour period, if it is determined that this kitten/cat is seriously ill with a birth defect, the Seller will take the kitten/cat and refund the payment minus the deposit, currency exchange, bank fees or money transfer system and any transportation costs under the following conditions: the Buyer provides the relevantdocuments from a licensed veterinarian indicating a health problem and the fact that the cathas a serious medical defect (congenital). If the diagnosis is confirmed, the Buyer sends the kitten/cat back to the Seller at his own expense. All certificates must be scanned and sent to the Seller by e-mail by the veterinarian on his letterhead (or on the letterhead of the clinic) indicating the license number of the veterinarian. All veterinarians who issue an official certificate of veterinary examination must be licensed by the state and accredited by state institutions of the respective countries. After 72 hours, the Seller can no longer guarantee the health of kitten/cats, with the exception of birth defects described below.

3.2. The Seller gives a guarantee for the replacement of a kitten/cat in case of a positive diagnosis a kitten/cat by HCM with a result of m/m under the age of 1 year. But only until the first kittens are received. The etiology of primary cardiomyopathy has not yet been fully studied. HCM disease in cats is a complex disease that can be caused by many factors: hereditary pathology, viral diseases, autoimmune mechanisms, biochemical disorders and food deficiency (for example, taurine) may be involved in the development of cardiomyopathy. If HCM m/m is detected in a kitten at the age of 1 year, the Buyer must immediately notify the Seller within 24 hours. Repeat the HCM test, ultrasound examination (only licensed cardiologists from leading clinics officially recognized internationally are accepted, choice of which is agreed with the Seller). If the diagnosis is confirmed, the Buyer sterilizes the female or castrates the male at his own expense, providing the Seller with photos, videos and relevant documents, as a result, he receives another animal of the same sex in return (the exchange of a kitten/cat may take up to 1 year from the date of notification). The Seller will offer up to three replacement options, and if none of them is accepted by the Buyer, it should be assumed that the Buyer is not open to replacement and thus loses the right to these replacements.

3.3. This Agreement/Contract does not apply to any diseases/injuries that are treatable or otherwise that the specified kitten/cat may become infected with later in life or after the expiration of the warranty period, such as, but not limited to, eye infections, respiratory infections, ear infections, as well as parasitic or fungal infections, although the Seller does everything possible to limit such cases. Detection of hidden genetic defects, such as: diseases of the endocrine system, diseases of the circulatory and lymphatic systems, diseases of the cardiovascular system, diseases of the immune system, diseases of the skin and mucous membranes, diseases of the nervous system, eye diseases, diseases of the reproductive system, diseases of the respiratory system, diseases of the skeleton (including anomalies in the tail spine, in the jaw and dental systems), etc., after the purchase of a kitten/cat is not a reason for the return of the kitten/cat and the amount of money paid for it, since it is not possible to determine their presence before a certain age of the cat or conducting complex medical research. There is no guarantee of exhibition qualities, personality, sexual development or success of kittens/cats sold for breeding. These are factors that the Seller cannot always predict or control and, therefore, will not guarantee.

3.4. If a kitten/cat dies or is euthanized due to a genetic or birth defect within 2 months from the date of sale, the Seller will replace the kitten/cat (replacement of the kitten/cat may take up to 1 year from the date of notification). The Buyer provides the Seller with the results of the autopsy a kitten/cat by a licensed specialist. An impartial veterinary pathologist, the Buyer’s expense, must conduct an autopsy indicating that the cause of death is undoubtedly a genetic or birth defect; repeated examination by a veterinarian of the Seller’s choice confirms these statements. The results must be communicated to the Seller in writing by the veterinarian/pathologist who performed the autopsy within 2 days after the autopsy. These results will confirm the diagnosis. All certificates must be scanned and sent to the Seller by e-mail from the veterinarian/pathologist on his letterhead (or the letterhead of the clinic) indicating the license number of the veterinarian/pathologist. All veterinarians/pathologists who issue an official certificate of veterinary examination/autopsy must have a state license and are accredited by state institutions of the respective countries.

3.5. The Buyer is obliged to test his kittens/cats, with which the kitten/cat of the cattery will come into contact, for the disease FeLV/FIV, FCoV, FIPV, FPV 10-20 days before the kitten/cat arrives from the Seller’s cattery to the Buyer’s house. If this testing is not carried out and the results are not presented to the Seller before the arrival of the kitten/cat at the Buyer’s house, the Buyer loses the right to a replacement in accordance with paragraph 4.3.

3.6. The Seller does not bear any responsibility under any circumstances for any veterinary care and bills for this kitten/cat after the kitten is handed over to the courier, cargo or shipping by the Buyer himself.

4. Duties of the Parties

4.1. The Seller undertakes at the request and at the expense of the Buyer, before sending the kitten/cat to the Buyer’s house, to send to the laboratory tests for infections or diseases that interest the Buyer. Tests can be prepared 5-20 working days before the date of departure of the kitten/cat from the cattery (the waiting time for testing can be changed). If the Buyer has not exercised this right (paragraph 4.1. the kitten/cat claims for health reasons will not be considered in the future). After the kitten/cat has been shipping to the Buyer’s house, applications for positive tests for viruses, including coronavirus, are not considered if there is no clinical picture of the disease. Cats of the «Fire Stone» cattery are vaccinated with the Nobivak Trikat Trio vaccine, Felocell 4 or any other vaccines that is available at the clinic. Vaccine NTT produce average antibody titers that remain at this level for at least 4 years. (R.M. Gaskell, M. Bennett «Directory on infectious diseases of dogs and cats»). Cats of the cattery selectively undergo tests for FeLV/FIV, FIP, FPV.

4.2. The Seller undertakes at the request and at the expense of the Buyer, before sending the kitten/cat to the house, check the male (spermogram) or female (reproductive analyzes). Analyzes must be prepared 10-20 working days before the date of departure of the kitten/cat from the cattery.

4.3. In case of receiving positive tests for fatal diseases – FIPV of a kitten/cat within 1 (one) month from the date of shipping of the kitten/cat to the Buyer’s house, the Seller provides a replacement warranty. Replacement of a kitten/cat may take up to 1 year from the date of notification. The Seller will offer up to three replacement options, and if none of them is accepted by the Buyer, it should be assumed that the Buyer is not open to replacement and thus loses the right to these replacements. At the expense of the Buyer,it is necessary to tests, analysis and an autopsy to determine the cause of death. The results must be communicated to the Seller in writing by the veterinarian/pathologist who conducted the tests, tests and autopsy, within 24 hours after these procedures. All certificates must be scanned and sent to the Seller by e-mail by the veterinarian/pathologist on his letterhead (or on the letterhead of the clinic) with the indication license numbers of the veterinarian/pathologist. All veterinarians/pathologists who issue an official certificate of veterinary examination/autopsy must have a state license and be accredited by state institutions of the respective countries. When passing tests, analysis, the Buyer must make a photo and video fixation, the identification of the kitten/cat must be recorded on it. Without the identification of the kitten/cat in the clinic, the documents will not be taken into account by the Seller.

4.4. The Seller, at the request of the Buyer, helps in organizing the shipping of the kitten/cat to the Buyer’s country if necessary, but is not responsible for the shipping.

4.5. The Buyer undertakes to: – keep the kitten/cat in quarantine for 21 days. The kitten/cat must remain without contact with other animals during this period. The Buyer must demonstrate to the Seller the conditions in which the kitten/cat will stay during this period of time.

4.6. The Buyer understands and agrees that cats can be carriers of viruses of calicivirosis, rhinotracheitis (herpes), coronavirus, chlamydia, mycoplasmosis, etc. The kitten/cat may experience stress from shipping, changes in habitat, which leads to a drop in immunity. The Buyer agrees not to make a claim to the Seller for the reduced immunity of the kitten/cat during shipping.

4.7. The Buyer understands and agrees that at the time of the transfer the kitten/cat is clinically healthy, as evidenced by the international veterinary certificate or Euro certificate issued by a specialist of the state veterinary service. The Buyer understands and agrees that the Seller is interested in the participation of the cat in the breeding work in the Buyer’s cattery. The Buyer during the inspection of the kitten/cat, as well as on the basis of the data of the veterinary certificates, was convinced and agrees that the Seller has taken all the necessary actions to preserve the health of the animal in the cattery «Fire Stone».

4.8. The Buyer must understand that the kitten/cat may require additional boosters to achieve immunity, other than those provided by the Seller, as well as annual vaccinations. The Buyer must understand that vaccinations do not guarantee immunity. The Buyer promises to maintain a preventative vaccination schedule as necessary, and to keep the cat in good health. The Seller strongly advises that prior to bringing home this kitten/cat, all other cats in the home should be tested negative for FeLV/FIV, FPV, FIPV examined by a veterinarian, and vaccinated against common cat viruses, even if they appear healthy.

4.9. The Buyer has the right to return the healthy kitten/cat to the Seller at any time from the date of receipt with prior approval of the fact and date of return, but without receiving the money previously paid for the kitten/cat, breeding rights, and without compensation for its maintenance. Shipping is at the expense of the Buyer.

4.10. The Buyer is aware that cruel treatment of an kitten/cat (hunger, refusal to drink, beating, use of other violence), contrary to the principles of humanity, entails criminal liability. If the Seller becomes aware of the poor physical condition of the kitten/cat or of the facts of ill-treatment, the kitten/cat is subject to immediate return to the Seller without returning the money previously paid by the Buyer.

4.11. The Buyer undertakes to provide the purchased kitten/cat with proper care and maintenance, timely veterinary care, vaccination once a year. The kitten/cat must not: – be kept in a cage; – have free access to the street/garden and to an unglazed balcony (unattended). The Buyer undertakes that the kitten/cat will not be transferred to third parties, rented out, will never be transferred to a store or market for resale, a pet shelter, a research laboratory etc. The Buyer does not have the right to transfer the kitten/cat to the clinic for an operation to remove the claws.

4.12. If the Buyer, for certain reasons, is forced to transfer the kitten/cat to new Owners, that he UNDERTAKES not to transfer the kitten/cat without the written consent of the Seller, with the mandatory presentation of the full name, phone number and address of the new Owners before the transfer. At the time of transfer, the kitten/cat must be neutered/sterilized.

4.13. A kitten/cat that can travel must leave the Seller’s house within 2 weeks (14 days), unless other options are agreed between the Buyer and the Seller in advance or on the day of payment. On the 15th day after paying for the purchase or reservation, the Seller begins to charge a fee for keeping a kitten/cat in his house in the amount of $/€ 10 per day. A kitten that is less than 3.5 months old is kept in the Seller’s house for free. When the kitten turns 3.5 months old, it must leave the house within 2 weeks (14 days), unless other options are agreed between the Buyer and the Seller in advance or on the day of payment.

4.14. At the request of the Seller, the Buyer is obliged to provide a video/photo of the kitten/cat at any time. Also a video (to identify a kitten/cat) in clinics for research or a regular trip to the veterinarian if the Seller cannot personally attend the examination.

4.15. In case of confrontation, public scandal or discrediting the reputation of employees and the «Fire Stone» cattery itself, including when transmitting information to third parties including (personal correspondence, oral conversation, etc.), communicating in any context with a third party and mentioning the «Fire Stone» cattery, the Seller is exempt from all obligations, including replacement and compensation of any kind. The Buyer undertakes to immediately pay the Seller tenfold the cost kitten/cat.

4.16. As a rule, shipping is carried out within 1 month from the date of purchase (paragraph 5 of this Agreement/Contract). This rule does not apply to force majeure circumstances (the Seller’s illness, Courier/Agent’s illness, natural disasters, man-made accident, epidemics, etc.) that occur on the territory of the Seller or Courier. The Seller is not responsible for any consequences that cannot be influenced (illness of the Buyer/Courier, man-made accident. epidemics, flight delay or postponement due to the fault of the airline, etc.). The borders of countries are closed and opened at the request of governments and competent authorities, which the Seller cannot influence. If the Buyer is waiting for shipping and cannot accept the kitten/cat within one month, and wants to change the kitten/cat to a kitten younger than the acquired age, the Buyer must pay for a replacement in the amount of 50% of the cost specified in this Agreement/Contract on page 1 (but not less than 300 €/$) + and, if necessary, the difference in price. Only in this case the Seller will be able to exchange the kitten. If the price of a new kitten/cat, which the Buyer wants to exchange for an already purchased kitten/cat, is less, the difference is not refunded to the Buyer. The Seller has the right to refuse in such a replacement without explanation. Each case is negotiated individually and in advance.

4.17. If the Buyer refuses to purchase, the reserve in the amount of 50% of the purchase amount is not refundable (from the first day of booking). In the event that 100% payment is made and the Buyer refuses to purchase until the kitten/cat is shipping to the Buyer’s house, the Seller deducts all expenses for keeping the kitten/cat in his house (10 €/$ per day) from the first day of making a reserve. The Buyer pays all commission fees of transfer systems, banks or intermediaries and the difference in the purchase and sale (Buyer’s currency to the Seller’s currency at the exchange rate of the Seller’s country). The exchange rate is calculated on the day of purchase, but in the amount/currency that the Seller received in his bank. Only in this case the Seller can refund the difference.

4.18. All funds are transfeued by the Buyer to the Seller voluntarily and are intended for the development and needs of the cattery owned by the Seller.

4.19. In case of unforeseen circumstances (injury/illness/developmental delay/detection of defects (including genetic)) arising in the process of growing a kitten/cat in the Seller’s cattery, the Seller informs the Buyer about this and, if there is a choice in the cattery, makes a replacement (replacement is possible up to 1 year). The seller will offer up to three replacements, if none of the replacements is acceptable to the Buyer, he loses the right to a replacement.

4.20. If a kitten/cat is purchased as a pet and then used for breeding, the Buyer is obliged to pay the difference strictly before the appearance of kittens from a female/male. The Buyer can request the cost of breeding rights from the Seller (purchase price + breeding rights = initial purchase price). If the Buyer buys a male as a pet, the Seller castrates him before shipping. If the Seller has not castrated the male for any reason, the Buyer undertakes to do so within 2 months after shipping, starting from the 5-month age of the male. If the Buyer buys a female as a pet under the age of 6 months, he undertakes to sterilize her within 2 months after shipping, starting from the age of 6 months. The Buyer must provide veterinary documents on sterilization/castration within 2 days after the procedure. All documents confirming the sterilization of a female or castration of a male must be scanned and sent to the Seller by e-mail from the veterinarian or the Buyer on the letterhead of the veterinarian (or on the letterheads of clinics) indicating the license number of the veterinarian. Video recording is also necessary in the clinic premises in preparation for sterilization/castration, during and after the procedure. If the Seller is not provided with documents and video identification, he has the right to terminate this Agreement/Contract. The Seller also waives all obligations provided for in this Agreement/Contract, and stops further communication and consultation with the Buyer. The Seller has the right to consider that the male/female is being used for breeding, and to require the Buyer to pay a fine in the amount 5 times higher than the cost of the kitten/cat specified on page 1 of this Agreement/Contract. Other sales options are considered by the Seller individually before making a deposit (reservation) or payment.

4.21. The kitten/cat will bear its name + the name of the cattery “Fire Stone” throughout its life, which should be reflected in any documents and registrations. When using photos and videos of a kitten/cat as an ADVERTISEMENT, the full name of the kitten/cat with the prefix of the cattery “Fire Stone” is indicated, even if these photos and videos belong to the Buyer, made by him or another person by order of the Buyer. If the Buyer wants to use the photos of the kitten/cat taken by the Seller for publications on the Internet (social networks, video sites, mass media and other Internet services), he can use them only with the written consent of the Seller. Under no circumstances does the Buyer have the right to remove the copyright of the cattery from photos or videos made by the Seller and publish them. If this happens, it will be considered a gross violation. The Seller will terminate this Agreement/Contract unilaterally and terminate any communication with the Buyer.

4.22. If a kitten/cat dies at any age, no matter for what reason, the Buyer must returnthe pedigree to the Seller (by regular post, by registered post).

4.23. After making a deposit (reseve) or paying the full cost of the kitten/cat, the Seller will provide the Buyer with a photo or video of the kitten/cat once every two weeks until shipping.

4.24 .The Seller guarantees that this kitten/cat after making a deposit (reservation) for it and before full payment in accordance with this Agreement/The contract will not be offered to anyone else for 14 days, under certain circumstances: if the kitten/cat has not yet reached t he age of shipping or the Seller is waiting for the date of shipment from the Courier/Agent. Another term of such a guarantee is negotiated with the Buyer strictly before making a deposit (reservation). The Seller must clearly understand before the deposit (reserve) from the Buyer is made, when he will be ready to accept the kitten/cat. If the date of dispatch is set, the kitten/cat is ready for shipment, but the Buyer does not make full payment, the Buyer loses the right to purchase this kitten/cat, the deposit (reserve) is not refunded in accordance with paragraph 1 of this Agreement/Contract. If the Buyer has signed a Agreement/Contract, but has not made a reserve or full payment, the kitten remains available to other the Buyers and the Seller has the right to negotiate with other potential the Buyers.

4.25. The Parties are not entitled to transfer their rights and obligations under this Agreement/Contract to third parties without the prior written consent of the other Party.

4.26. The Buyer undertakes to notify the Seller of all changes in addresses and phone numbers within five days. In the absence of such notifications, actions performed at the old addresses will be recognized as proper execution. The Seller promptly places all new contacts on the cattery’s website in the contacts section.

4.27. The production of the pedigree will be made only after full payment for the kitten/cat. The pedigree will be sent by e-mail or by regular post at the expense of the Buyer. If the payment was made in full before shipping, the Seller makes it, but it will take time and perhaps by the time of shipping, the pedigree may not have been made yet, in which case the pedigree is sent later by e-mail or by regular post at the Buyer’s expense.

5. Shipping We prefer that the Buyers or their representatives come personally for the kitten/cat, so the Seller is not responsible for the quality of the Cargo or the shipping of animals by Courier and the consequences associated with shipping. Responsibility ends at the time of shipping of the kitten/cat to the Cargo or Courier. All payments associated with the shipping of kitten/cat from the cattery to the Buyer’s house (including replacement), the purchase of a container (box) for shipping, paperwork and other necessary things, pays the Buyer. Currently we can shipping worldwide. Most of the time, we like to use Lufthansa, KLM, Aeroflot and others, because they have provided us with quality service. International airports are often the best choice. We also use the services of Couriers/Agent. At the moment we are working with several Couriers/Agent. Each Courier has its own special shipping. Please note that some of our Couriers/Agent for their services in dollars or euros, it is important for them that they receive this currency from the purchasers. We send kitten/cat when they are at least 3.5 – 4 months old. Note! Some countries allow the import of animals from 4-10 months. As a rule, shipping is carried out within a month from the date of purchase (unless otherwise agreed in advance or on the day ofthe reserve/purchase). The Seller does not guarantee the exact cost of shipping, as airlines may increase the cost of the Courier/animal ticket at any time. The Seller only voices the approximate cost of shipping. As a rule, the appointment of the departure date is appointed within 1-2 weeks after the reserve/purchase of a kitten/cat. In some cases (not a popular direction), this period can be extended, the Seller does not affect it. The Buyer has the right to arrange the shipping himself if he has his own Courier/Agent.

6. Breach of Agreement/Contract

If it is established that the Buyer has violated any of the terms and conditions of this Agreements/Сontract the kitten/cat must be unconditionally transferred to the Seller. The Buyer is liable to the Seller in an amount 10 times higher than the purchase price of the specified kitten/cat, plus the costs of veterinary care when returning the kitten/cat to the Seller and all attorney, legal and related other fees that lead to litigation under this Agreement/Contract. Any legal action that may arise in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement/Contract will be filed in the Seller’s district/city of residence. The Seller may return the physical and legal ownership of the kitten/cat with or without due process of law for any breach of contract without refund of the purchase price.

7. Modification

Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement/Contract, this Agreement/Contract may be modified, superseded, or voided only upon the written and signed new Agreement/Contract of the Buyer and Seller. Further, the physical destruction or loss of this document shall not be construed as a modification or termination of the Agreement/Contract contained herein.

8. Conditions for the transfer of rights of tribal use to animals

These provisions are due to the high breeding value of the above animal. The agreement on the transfer of breeding rights to an animal from the cattery «Fire Stone» is mixed and contains the terms of the contract for the sale and purchase of an animal, governed by Chapter 54 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, and the terms of the agreement on the transfer of the exclusive right to use a breeding animal, which in accordance with Anicle 8 of the Civil Code of Ukraine (the application of civil law by analogy), article 199 of the Civil Code of Ukraine «Results of intellectual and creative activity» and the Law of Ukraine «On breeding in animal husbandry» according to which the use of breeding products (material) as an object of exclusive rights (intellectual property) is allowed in the manner prescribed by law.

9. Other information

9.1. If you have questions, contact the Seller for explanations and follow his recommendations; – in case of any problems with the kitten/cat, which could later lead to a disputable situation between the parties, first of all inform the Seller. – never use unverified information from incompetent sources (the Internet, other breed Breeders, or people who consider themselves as such, etc.) to provide veterinary care or to choose a program for keeping and/or feeding a particular kitten/cat. This may result in termination Agreement/Contract in accordance with clause 4.15.

9.2. Prior to the signing of paragraph 11 of this Agreement/Contract and full payment, the kitten/cat is the property of the Seller.

9.3. The Seller is not responsible for unsatisfactory ratings of the kiten/cat at exhibitions.

9.4. The Seller has the right to use for advertising and other purposes photos of a kitten/cat transmitted by the Buyer, at its discretion, without paying a fee for this.

9.5. The condition for breeding is if the kitten/cat is sold with the “breed” class. The parties recognize the value of breeding work to improve the Maine Coon breed, including regular participation in exhibitions and breeding in accordance with breeding programs that are agreed by the Breeder with the cat lovers club. The parties acknowledge that the mating of cats without admission to breeding harm the development of the breed and violate the interests of the Breeder as the owner of the cattery. The Parties acknowledge that the regular participation of a kitten/cat at exhibitions serves as a confirmation of the value of the Breeder’s breeding work. The parties acknowledge that a kitten/cat can only be associated with registered Maine Coon cats.

9.6. The Buyer is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to put the pedigree of a kitten/cat with numbers on public display in print publications, the Internet or the mass media. Also transfer, show, sell the pedigree to third parties.

9.7. The Buyer guarantees that when selling kittens that were born to him from a cat specified in this Agreement/Contract not intended for breeding, the kittens/cat will pass to the new Owners neutered/sterilized.

9.8. Agreement/Сontract is drawn up in English in 2 (two) copies having the same legal force, one copy for each of the Parties.

9.9. The Seller will advise the Buyer on all issues related to the care of the kitten/cat in accordance with the experience of the cattery, as far as possible.

9.10. The Seller expects that the Buyer’s decision to purchase this kitten/cat is balanced and deliberate, that the Buyer understands that this animal can develop both in accordance with the Maine Coon breed standard and deviations from the breed standard may appear during its maturation.

9.11. The Buyer undertakes to send a photo or video of the kitten/cat he bought 3-4 times a year to the cattery’s email, messenger or social networks in a personal message. At the same time, the Seller can unobtrusively take an interest in the life and everyday life of a kitten/cat at any time of the year.

9.12. The Buyer agrees to provide the kitten/cat with a cat tree, scratching post, litter box with litter that is cleaned daily, proper bedding, and toys for stimulation.

9.13. The Buyer agrees that they have never been convicted or tried for cruelty, neglect or abandonment of ANY animal. If this is found to be true, the kitten/cat becomes the sole property of the Seller. The Buyer agrees that no persons who will reside in the same house as kitten/cat have ever been convicted or tried for cruelty, neglect or abandonment of ANY animal. If this is found to be true, the kitten/cat becomes the sole property of the Seller.

9.14. A kitten/cat sent by Сargo transport or by Courier will have a guarantee of health only in relation to genetic diseases (HCM, SMA) since this violates quarantine in relation to other cats/animals.

9.15. We recommend that you never bring cats from the shelter to your house so that they live with this kitten/cat. If the Buyer introduces a kitten from a shelter into the house, the Agreement/Contract on its health (with the exception of congenital and genetic defects) becomes invalid. Shelter cats have a very high incidence rate. Two cats should not be introduced until they have both been quarantined for at least 21 days and it has been proven that they have negative FeLV/FIV, FPV, FIPV test results. Placing this kitten/cat with feline animals with an unknown FeLV/FIV, FPV, FIPV status will void the health guarantee.

9.16. The kitten/cat must be isolated from ALL other animals in your house for at least 21 days, from other cats/animals, as they may be carriers of a disease that is not obvious; they are silent carriers and can infect the kitten/cat. If the kitten/cat is introduced to any other animals during the first three-week quarantine period, a medical Agreement/Contract becomes invalid.

9.17. The Seller has the right (if possible) to visit the place of the future keeping of the kitten/cat or (if this is not possible) to receive from the buyer photos and videos of the future living conditions of the kitten/cat before shipping.

9.18. The use of facsimile reproduction of a signature in transactions by means of mechanical or other copying of an electronic signature or other analogue of a handwritten signature is allowed in cases and in accordance with the procedure established by law, other legal acts or an agreement of the parties.

9.19. After signing this Agreement/Contract, all preliminary negotiations on it: correspondence, preliminary agreements become invalid.

9.20. At the request of the Buyer, the Seller conducts a test to determine the rabies titers (FAVN) at the Buyer’s expense. The test results will be provided within 5-14 days. On the part of the laboratory, there may be delays in the issuance of results that the Seller cannot influence.

10. Acknowledgement of Deposit paid and Acceptance of Agreement/Contract The Buyer and Seller signatures that appear immediately below indicate that the Seller has received the deposit (reserve) and the Buyer has agreed to the terms of this contract. This portion serves as the Buyer’s receipt for the deposit (reserve). This document is a legally binding Agreement/Contract. In signing this document the purchaser acknowledges that he/she has read, fully understands, and agrees to ALL of the terms and conditions stated above. Buyer’s pelsonal identification number, scanned copy or photo (front and back) must be provided to the Seller at the time of signing this Agreement/Contract by e-mail of the Seller. The Agreement/Contract comes into force from the moment it is signed. Notarization is not required.
